Christmas doesn’t have to pretend.
24.12.2025
When Christmas stops being an obligation and becomes a moment in which you can truly hear yourself again, a different kind of story begins.
Christmas is often something we try to shape to fit our own lives. Each year, the same gestures and words return, as if everything depended on them finally falling into place. Life, however, rarely follows such patterns. Sometimes something cracks along the way, sometimes strength runs low, and sometimes calm has to be performed, even though something very different is happening inside.
At this time, I do not wish you perfect moments. I wish you moments that are real, unforced, and free from expectation. Moments in which you can hear your own thoughts without tension and touch what is truly alive within you. Moments in which nothing needs fixing or pretending.
May these days bring you as much quiet as you need, and as much tenderness as you usually leave for later. May there be just enough light to see that there is more strength in you than doubt, even if it is sometimes hard to believe.
If this Christmas turns out to be different from all the others, allow it to remain so. Without comparison or pressure, without the need to meet anyone else’s expectations. One quiet place during the day is enough, a place where you can feel that you are truly breathing. That is what I wish for you.
